Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan-made tool. The original freestyle clip and its sound belong to their respective rights holders (Bulin 47, Kevin Wai and their teams/labels), and we claim no ownership of them. We respect copyright — here is exactly how we handle it.

1. How the audio is handled

The video our rendering partner produces is video-only. When your render finishes, your browser combines it with the freestyle’s audio so your download plays the sound, aligned at 0:00. The sound itself remains the property of its rights holders, and the audio in your download is for personal, non-commercial posting only. Posting with the licensed trending sound insideTikTok, Reels or Shorts remains the recommended route — the platforms license the track, and your post joins the sound’s distribution.

2. What you may do with generated videos

Your generated video is for personal, non-commercial use— sharing on your socials is the whole point. Don’t sell it, put it in ads, or present it as authentic footage of the original moment. Details in our Terms.

3. DMCA takedown procedure

If you believe content accessible through bulin47ai.online infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@bulin47ai.online (subject “DMCA notice”) including:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  2. The URL(s) or a specific description of the material on our service you want removed;
  3. Your full name, mailing address, phone number and email;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Valid notices are actioned promptly — typically removal or disablement within 2 business days — and we confirm by email. Rights holders may also contact us proactively at the same address; we respond to every message.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email with the same contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of a good faith belief in the misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction of your local courts. We may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid copyright complaints are terminated. Spent credits are forfeited on termination for abuse.

6. Likeness rights

Copyright aside, every face in an upload must meet our consent rules — no minors, no celebrities, no rendering people without permission. See Safety and Contact.
